By ordering our analysis, you will know
Whether construction is allowed on the land plot you plan to purchase, and what exactly can be built;
Whether the view from the apartment you are considering buying will remain unobstructed, i.e., what kind of development is possible in the surrounding area;
Whether you will be able to change the land plot’s designated use;
What possibilities there are to connect electricity, gas, water, and sewage networks to the land plot;
Whether the right of access to the land plot is properly legally established – in other words, whether you will have the legal right to enter the land plot;

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose the analysis type
In this step, we will ask you to choose one of the four analysis types we offer. If you are planning to purchase an apartment or commercial premises and would like to know what development is planned in the surrounding area, select the “Apartment / Premises” analysis. If you are planning to purchase a land plot for residential house construction or a house that you intend to renovate in the future, or even demolish and replace with a new one, select the “House / Land Plot” analysis. If you intend to invest in a real estate investment project, such as the construction of an apartment building, industrial, storage, administrative, or other type of building, select the “Investment property” analysis. If none of the above options apply to you, select “Individual analysis” and send us a message.
Upload documents
In this step, we will ask you to provide the available information about the real estate by filling in the relevant fields. If you know it, please provide the property address, unique number, cadastral number, and any other requested information. If available, we kindly ask you to submit property documents such as a Real Estate Register extract, a cadastral file, design proposals, or similar documents. If you do not have all the information or property documents, you may simply provide a listing link, coordinates, or other relevant details. Any information or documents that allow us to identify the property will be sufficient. We will also ask you to briefly describe what you plan to do with the property – this will help us better personalise the report to your specific case.
Make payment
In this step, please provide your contact details and, after selecting one of our available payment methods, complete the payment for your order. If you have selected “Individual Analysis,” we will review your case and contact you if we have any questions. We will then provide a price offer (“Individual Analysis” is billed on a separate invoice).
Receive the analysis
From this point on, we will take care of everything. We will prepare the report and send it to the email address you provided. You will receive all the key information about the property, enabling you to make a final decision with confidence.

Upon receiving the order, we will conduct a preliminary analysis, assess the time required, and inform you by email. More complex cases may require additional time; however, we always aim to provide the analysis no later than within 3 business days from the date the order is received.
Payments on the website are processed through the online banking systems of the most popular banks. Payment by card is also available. Using these payment methods, you can pay for the “Apartment / Premises”, “House / Land plot”, and “Investment property” analyses.
If you choose the ‘Individual analysis’ option, after conducting a preliminary assessment of your case, we will issue an invoice for advance payment, which you can pay by bank transfer.
The website works in four simple steps: (i) choose the type of analysis; (ii) submit the required information/documents; (iii) make the payment; (iv) receive the analysis.
