Preliminary LDD
This is an initial property assessment providing key information about the property.
House / land plot / apartment LDD
This LDD is designed for those planning to purchase an apartment or build a residential, recreational, or other type of building. The LDD includes an analysis of spatial planning documents, so you will know what type and size of building can be developed on the land plot.
We will also analyse planned development in the surrounding area, so you will know what may be built near the property in the foreseeable future. We will assess access options and check whether any construction permits have been issued in relation to the land plot in recent years.
We will also assess the current status and availability of utility connections, including electricity, water, and wastewater.
Investment property LDD
This LDD is designed for those planning to invest in a real estate development project. It is suitable for complex, large-scale developments, such as apartment buildings, industrial, warehouse, office, or other types of buildings.
The LDD also includes an analysis of spatial planning documents applicable to both the property and the surrounding area. This will help you understand what and of what size can be built on the property, as well as what future development may be possible in the surrounding area.
This LDD also includes recommendations on the steps that may be taken to amend applicable spatial planning documents and address other relevant development matters.
Individual analysis
Designed for situations that do not fall within the LDD types offered on our website. This may include matters relating to the establishment of an easement, arrangements for the use of jointly owned property, installation of utility networks, or similar issues.
